Class Registration, Cancellation, and Refund Policy
Registrations may be canceled for a full refund up at least seven calendar days before the first class meeting.
For cancellations made fewer than seven days before the first class, tuition may be transferred to another eligible SolPlay Improv class or held as a class credit, provided the request is received before the second class meeting. Transfers and credits are subject to availability.
Once the second class meeting has begun, tuition is nonrefundable and cannot be transferred or credited.
Missed classes are not eligible for refunds, prorated tuition, or guaranteed make-up sessions.
Participants using a payment plan remain responsible for the full tuition amount. Stopping attendance does not automatically cancel remaining installments. When an eligible cancellation is approved under this policy, any applicable refund or adjustment to future installments will be processed accordingly.
If SolPlay Improv cancels a course, registered students will receive a full refund or may choose to transfer the amount paid to another eligible SolPlay offering.
To request a cancellation, transfer, or class credit, please email SolPlay Improv at sol@solplayimprov.com.
SolPlay Improv Registration Terms
By registering for a SolPlay Improv class, workshop, or event, you agree to the following terms:
SolPlay Improv classes are intended for adults age 18 and older unless otherwise stated.
The participant information submitted during registration must be accurate and must identify the person who will attend the class. Each registration is valid for one participant and may not be shared.
Tuition must be paid in full or through an approved payment plan. Participants using a payment plan authorize the scheduled charges shown during checkout and remain responsible for the full tuition amount, subject to the posted cancellation and refund policy.
Class dates, times, instructors, rooms, or locations may be adjusted when reasonably necessary. SolPlay Improv will communicate significant changes using the email address or phone number provided during registration.
Participants are expected to treat instructors, classmates, venue staff, and shared spaces with respect. SolPlay Improv may restrict or end a participant’s involvement when necessary to protect the safety, comfort, or learning environment of the group. If SolPlay Improv ends a participant’s enrollment, tuition paid for that enrollment will be refunded.
Improv classes may involve movement and physical activity. Participants are responsible for working within their personal abilities, communicating relevant access needs, and choosing not to participate in activities they cannot safely perform. Please contact SolPlay as early as possible to discuss access needs. SolPlay will make reasonable efforts to support participation.
An optional showcase performance opportunity may be offered. Participation is voluntary, and the date, venue, and other details will be announced separately.
Students may not record other participants or publicly share class recordings without permission.
Registration constitutes acceptance of these terms and the posted cancellation, refund, and privacy policies.
